Scrambled eggs and avocado on toast

Easy Breakfast for those who have less than 5 minutes!

Looking for a fulling breakfast/snack that will take less than 5 minutes and keep you going. Look no further, here's a simple favourite.

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 2 slices rye bread (toasted/untoasted)
- 1 avocado
- Half a lemon
- season with cilantro, paprika


Method:
Scramble your eggs in a frying pan.
Peel and mash the avocado in a bowl. Add some salt and pepper to taste and half the lemon juice from the lemon.
Place the avocado onto the rye bread.
Top with cilantro, and dash of paprika
