INGREDIENTS:
2 Scoops Chocolate Performace Shake
1 Banana
2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Almond Butter (or your favourite nut butter)
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Handful of Ice
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add more milk if you like a more liquid consistency, and more or less ice to your taste. Enjoy!
